We’re excited you’re here and want to set you up for a great audition. Below you’ll find audition outlines and materials, but first. We want to clearly communicate our goals in holding auditions.

This is an opportunity for vocalists and musicians who feel called to serve through worship to step into a community that values both musical excellence and spiritual growth.

Auditions are designed to help us get to know you, your gifting, and your heart for serving on a team. This process allows us to steward our ministry well while creating a healthy, unified worship culture.

Our heart is to build a team that leads authentically, serves humbly, and worships wholeheartedly.

COVENANT PARTNERSHIP

We hold in high regard that you are a member or partner of One Church and align with our spiritual and theological values. We assess this in two ways:

Belongings
We look to see if you have taken the One Church Belongings Class. This class is offered to all guest of One Church to get to know One Church and “officially” join the One Church Family. We do understand that this class is one that is limited in availability and will accept a verbal agreement to take it as time allows.
Worship Team Covenant Agreement
We hold roles, that either represent One Church to others, or partake in spiritual formation to a deeper spiritual standard. In order to participate in serving on the worship team you will be asked to sign the agreement. You can preview the agreement here.

Vocal AUDITION MATERIALS

Please prepare one song from each category below. There are support tracks included for each song. We will be looking for knowledge of words, rhythm, and notes, in addition to seeing where there might be room for our team to help you become an even better steward of the gift God has given you.
